(THE PATH OF THE JUST). . . But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day: . The way of the wicked is as darkness they know not at what they stumble.( proverbs 4:18-19). . . WHO IS THE JUST? . . He is neither one that does good, nor keeps the laws/ commandments of God. Apostle Paul through the Spirit said, ...for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. (Gal.2:16). . The just is one to whom God declared just, by virtue of his faith in Christ Jesus who is the word of God, the express image of His personality, (John 1:1-5,9-14) (Hebrews 1:3). (Romans 4:6-9) . There is no amount of religiousity, nor good lifestyle that will justify a man before God. ...verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. (Ps.39:5). . . The story of Cornelius is a good example, read (Acts 10:1-48). . The essence of the law was to let man know the hopelessness & helplessness of his state, and his inability to attain to spiritual realities despite all his human effort; and as a school master leading him to Christ. (Romans 7:1-25). . Justification therefore comes by faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, (Romans 10:1-14). So if you can believe the word of God today, it will be said you have pleased God, and the bible says, But without faith it is impossible to pleas Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6) but you must know that faith can only be said to be alive, when a corresponding action is applied, else it becomes fake and dead. (James 2:14-20). . . From our opening scriptures, it talks about the wicked whose ways is as darkness and does not know at what he stumbles, (Proverns 4:19). . . WHO IS THE WICKED? He is one who does not believe nor accept the Lordship of Jesus Christ over his life, no matter how religiously righteous he claims to be. . He is wicked cos he did not reciprocate to the love Jesus Christ showed to him by shedding his blood on the cross. Its iniquity under the sun. . . sincere believing & confessing Him as your Lord and saviour, will cause light to flood your spiriy/heart, and it will be said you are delivered out of darkness to light, born again. (John 1:4-5,9) (John 8:12) (Colosians 1:13). . . My beloved friends, peradventure you do not ascertain your relationship with God, and may like to get into this glorious relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and be saved. . You can sincerely say this prayers with all your heart. . LORD JESUS, I COME TO YOU TODAY, HAVE MERCY ON ME, FORGIVE MY SINS, I BELIEVE YOU DIED FOR ME, AND I CONFESS YOUR LORDSHIP OVER MY LIFE, I RECEIVE THE GRACE TO SERVE YOU, THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY SOUL, I AM BORN AGAIN, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN. .
