THE PRESIDENCY IN GUTTERS..... As a teacher, what is the first action you take when at 9am school children had not clean the classroom you are suppose to teach? Or as a father you do your best through thick and thin to provide every thing for the family but your wife and the family wait for you to do cleaning of the house anytime the house becomes dirty. Imagine what outsiders think of you the teacher or the father who sweeps the gutters with your kids around with their hands at the back, and others tacking pictures of you and cheering you up. Society ask the kind of father, teacher or leader you are. Your integrity and responsibility is questioned. In other cultures such a leader becomes Simpa panin or Irresponsible. Such is the level Mahama has brought the presidency. The resident failed when he descend from flagstaff house into gutters of Accra. It clearly shows how the president cannot act like a teacher taking care of school kids or a responsible father in a house. In the school situation, a good teacher will call the Snr on duty(Accra Mayor) ,ask him why right things are not done, give sanctions to people and even instructing for immediate action to be be done. Also a good father will ask his kids or the wife to do the right thing. What prevented the president to order, instruct or inform the authorities in Accra who refused to perform their duties. People are being paid to clean ACCRA, they did not and the presiden went down to the Gutter to clean. This is a failed state with failed people. Please the president should have better things to help Ghana. He should be bold to sanction and rebuke those who people he appoint to work with but not bringing the presidency into the gutter.GOD BLESS THE POOR IN GHANA.
