THE REASON WHY KSM SOMERSAULTED IS UNVEILED: Information reaching us revealed that ksm somersaulted politically because some members of the BOSHA have vow to investigate how the N1 billion monthly allocation of Borno state under the SURE-P Programme is being managed. Because, they were aware of the mismanagement of the SURE-P Funds, by KSM and his former cabinet. And in one of his former commissioners house, a whooping N2.1 billion cash was discovered recently by EFCC who were investigating alleged mismanagement of funds belonging to LG Councils in the state. Available records indicates that BOSG has recieved about N30 billion from the SURE-P Funds, at the ratio of N1 billion for both the state and LGs every month, since February, 2012 to date. But has nothing to show for it, as the chunk of the money has gone into frivolous expenditures and media propaganda. There is also alleged lodgement of over N4 billion counterpart funds for the UBE which were being mismanaged under the matter. Yet, most of the contracts executed across the state under the direct labour arrengement, including the only four towns village roads in the entire southern Borno under this administration, the 2500 Housing units, the Legacy Garden amongst others are all illegally executed. Because the enabling law to legitimize it was not passed as at the time of the execution. Another area to be invetsigated is the alleged purcahse of property across the country by the governor and some members of his former cabinet, which covers Marazaini Hotel, Joggol (GSM Villege) around post office area, property around the bank of the north area, all in MMC, before moving to Kano, Kaduna, Abuja and Lagos. Perhaps, it was due to supra, that not less than 5 commissioners, 6 advisers and over 12 SSAs had indicated their intention to leave the cabinet. Thus, when KSM foresee the turn-around in the political calculations in Borno state, then he hurriedly dissolved the cabinet to avoid the imminent embrassment the massive resignation of his commissioners and other aides could have cause him. However, he also planned to overhaul both his kitchen cabinet and political machinery as a move to seek reconciliation with SAS. After all the curruption in his government where they brazingly milk the state dry. Hence, that is why he somersaulted, but it is politicians of highest repute and order that can understand the magnitude of this blunder..
