BOTSWANA is a donation country, thats pop corn solutions for economy thats is falling to take V- shape which was initially predicted as economy... growth by failed BDC boss ( mathambo). 4. tirelo sechaba, cluster policing, ...special constable police officers, ISPAAD programmes highly promoted for the poor, while middle class population is left out, high class population are ot innovators but mere tenderprenuers 5. increased ghost accounts in puplic services organisations and BRIEFCASE Enterprises. 6. 4% increment for public service workers, P700 minimum wage & P1200 for internship... thats exploitation and sign of greedy government. tertiary students allowance has not been reviewed, USE of FOOLISH UMBRELLA SRC for tertiary institutions to divert their attention from core students problems, which was a myopic plan coz such platform has no governing constitution and memorandum of understanding between ( DTEF now HRDC and SRC) 7. use of directive from above, thus making junior managers and directors useless. 8.CHINA construction companies which a popular for dilapidated and sub-standard projects. 9. PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE, DCEC, OFFICE OF OMBUDSMAN, AND many other parastatals which are clueless about their strategies, objectives... but continually misusing government subvention fund, i.e. DIS Used P400MILLION , ministry of edu could not account for over P1.billion they were allocated over the past 4 years. 10. eish!
