Women of Faith “Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen” - Hebrews 11:1. By faith Mary Magdalene was healed of the feelings of immorality and in addition achieves favor from the Lord. She later helped to spice the corpse of Jesus. Mary was a great woman of dependability, she informed the disciples of Christ’s resurrection by telling them of the empty mausoleum, and was the first to see the two Angels, and Christ who told her ”Woman do not touch me, for I am not yet ascended to my father”. By faith Michal, David’s wife, saved David from her father’s wrath using an imitation body to represent David in the bed. By faith Noah, one of the five daughters of Zelophelhad, along with her sisters changed the course of the Law and received their Birthright. Their father had no sons but these women pursued their inheritance and won. By faith Phoebe demonstrated the Gospel of Jesus Christ; she was commended by Paul as a comrade in the family circle of faith. By faith Ruth spoke in love and audacity to her mother- in-law Naomi, pertaining to her faith in the God of Israel. She achieved acts of kindness from the Lord because of her fortitude; she became the wife of prosperous Boaz. By faith Rebekah achieved good deeds from the Lord. When the anonymous servant came looking for a wife for Isaac, Rebekah was selected for the reason that she had shown them generosity. By faith Dorcas raised from the dead by the Apostle Peter; Dorcas was full of high-quality mechanism and alms deeds. Consequently, she authenticated her identity in Christ Jesus. By faith Zipporah, wife of Moses, and one of the seven daughters of Jethro Priest of Median, circumcised one of her sons under intricate circumstances. In those days women were not permitted to do circumcisions, however, she operated by faith and her husband won the battle. By faith the widow inquired from Elisha and received a miracle through the prophet of God. In so doing she was able to pay off her late husband’s debt and live off the rest of her affluence for life. By faith the woman with the issue of blood pursued the edging of Jesus’ garment and upon correlation with Jesus, her faith was made complete and she was healed. By faith the Canaanite woman’s daughter was healed from illness because she humbled herself at the master’s feet even though He shunned her, and received favor because of her act of faith. Earlier in life Miriam had followed her mother’s instructions that resulted in Moses unknowingly being placed in the custody of Pharaoh’s daughter; who in turn paid his mother Jochebed to care for him. By faith the woman at the well, who had received the free gift of salvation, brought many to meet with Jesus. They were privileged to become the recipients of the free gift of eternal life. By faith Rachel waited fourteen years to receive the promise to become Jacob’s wife. She waited uncomplainingly and obtained favor in Jacob’s eyes. Moment in time would fail me, ink and pen could not provide me adequate time, regarding the proceeds of faith of the women of eminence, who prayed enthusiastically for Peters’ discharge from incarceration. They were then flabbergasted by his quick release in response to their fervent prayers. Lest, we forget the victory that Nations and men of God, have obtained through the predestinated will of God, and the enthusiasm of women of integrity such as: Abigail; Keturah; Leah; Hagar; Jael; Martha; Naomi; Mother Eve; Priscilla; Mary; Rahab; Prophetess Huldah; Hanna; Sarah; Queen Esther; Elizabeth; Lois and Eunice; Judge Deborah and Queen Bathsheba. These women and others too many to identify have compassed the leading entry for women to become victorious in this twenty-first century. Because of eminent women of confidence, nations were brought to repentance and complete restoration. These women of reliance stood in the breach and maximized their potential and revolutionized lives of motionless humanity with their compassionate, kindheartedness and factual Christ-like generosity. God’s divine desire is to reinstate women to their original stature of what he fashioned them to be (help meet). Factual feminine exquisiteness is reflected in a Godly woman not necessarily in the color of her skin, her hair or how she dresses, but the overwhelming manner in how she honors the Lord in her heart and submits her being and conduct unto him. Life isn’t always easy for women globally. Women have a remarkable responsibility within their homes, Churches, Educational facilities, Political arenas and throughout societies. In every nation women’s lives encompass struggles in order to be acknowledged within civilization. Her sensitivity and responses will determine the outcome that she produces towards her responsibilities.
