THE SOLAR SYSTEM FACTs. . 1.the solar system is around 4.6 billion years old. 2.at the center of the solar system is the sun a yellow dwarf star which produces vast amount of Energy. 3.all the planet orbit the sun in an eliptical .oval shaped path. 4.many of the planets in the solar system are visible to the naked eye. 5.Other object in the solar system include dwarf planets .asteroids and comets . 6.The solar system is in a galaxy know as THE MILKY WAY. 7. It is estimated that at least a third of the 200 billion stars in the milky way galaxy are orbited by one or more planets. 8.The Voyager 1 spacecraft is the furthest man-made object in the solar system. it is around 11 billion miles (18 billion km ) from the sun and is still sending data back to Earth. .. for more question just PM me ^_^
