THE STATE OF A STATE. 1.This is a state where primary education is for the rich.If you cannot afford private nursery or primary school fees your child will not get primary education. 2.this is a state where the meaning of UBE(universal basic education) means nothing to govt. 3.this is a state where the welfare of public primary school teachers is no concern of govt.primary teachers die out inability to afford hospital bills. 4.this is a state where public primary school teachers salaries are deducted at source from L. G. Subvention but not given to teachers. 5.this is a state where,while other states are reviewing their workers salaries upward theyare setting up committee to review their workers salaries downward. 6.this is a state where workers are paid #11,300 as minimum wage and workers try to understand with govt. 7.this is a state where the present fuel scarcity started from.what a state in a state!
