Pt.1 I feel a sense of urgency in writing this tract – For some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. 1st Cor 15:34. Friends, we must know God and know the name of God. This we are told is life eternal as we read St John 17:3. And this is life eternal that they might know thee the only true GOD, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent. The world is without this knowledge and though we live in a world that is filled with churches, there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. Hosea 4:1. The world sets up a false priesthood and as we examine. 1st Kings 12:31 we fine: And he made an house of high places, and made priests of lowest people, which were not of the sons of Levi. 2nd Chron 13:9. Have ye not cast out the Priests of the Lord, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and have made you priests after the manner of the nations of other lands? So that whosoever cometh to consecrate himself with a young bullock and seven rams, the same may be a priest of them that are no gods. In other words, the people set u a different religion from the religion of the True God. 2nd Chron 15:3. Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law. Galatians 4:8 these word recorded : Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. Then set up another Gospel as we read in Galatians 1:6-9. I marvel that ye are soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another, but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. They set up another Jesus as we read in 2nd Cor 11:4. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not reached, of if ye received another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. The religious leaders never knew the name of God. Acts 17:23. For as I passed by, and beheld your devotion, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD.
