THE TIPPING POINT The tipping point is the point at which the momentum for change becomes unstoppable. I believe we as people have reached that point. It is the extent to which our idea of change sticks and acquired momentum like epidemic. If u dont know how epidemic acquires and gains momentum, ask how Ebola and cholera works. I believe if the idea of change spreads across everyone and sticks in our mind, we will all be able to test our selves whether we are on the right trunk and ending to the promised land. For people to face full and reasonable development, they should change their way of thinking. They should stop thinking outside the box and embrace thinking without the box. In so doing, they will be able to see what has been done and what is going way out of line.In such respect, you will conceptualize projects and analyze them. In project management, there are inputs and outputs. Project without outputs is useless to citizens. If you are that person who dont think critically, u will mistake inputs as developments! One problem with the Tipping point is that only a few people acting together with shared vision will take us to the Tipping Point. That is why, when we raise the red flag and say that many developments initiated are purely PR and does not touch directly to normal mwananchi, others who are thinking inside/outside the box call us traitors of development. It seems like we have reached a situation where Jesus of Nazareth called abomination of desolation standing where it should never stand; brother turning against brother. In conclusion, have no problem with those who are against us, i will give them their own cup to drink in, but in a different table. You cannot share table with a friend who cannot differentiate between a cup which is half full and half empty. Those are the people who think outside the box. If u are ready to throw away the box and think without it, off we go together. All the best.
