THE TRUE DISCIPLES WERE FIRST CALLED CHRISTIANS AT ANTIOCH BY NON-BELIEVERS Act_11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. POINTS TO NOTE 1. The title “Christian” does not save but those that do the will of God 2. There is no salvation in the title “Christian” as many imply (e.g. are you a Christian?) 3. The believers before this title “Christian” came were saved 4. The key is to be born again by the water and Spirit and obeying the Commandments of God 5. It is being religious to think that salvation is the name “Christian” or “name of a denomination” 6. Many have formed a religion out of this title “Christian”
