THE VASTU BODY From the moment of conception , a human form evolves inside the womb . The body , therefore , is a perfect example of Vastu . And throughout our lives , our Vastu body serves as the primary temple that shelters our soul . Also Vastu uses the human body as a point of comparison and reference . The human body from the top of the head to the soles of the feet and with arms fully extended to the sides creates an exact square - the shape that represents the perfect cosmos which houses the manifestation of the Supreme Creative Force , just as the body houses the soul . So to see how they work in tandem with Vastu , Ayurveda and Yoga comes in the picture and play a very important role as each of these spiritual sciences respects the connection between the universe and the self . They all honor the binding connection between the laws and process that govern the world of nature and the laws and processes that govern the functioning of the human body .Each one of us is made up of the five elements - space , air , fire , water and earth . By observing and learning from the laws that govern nature , Ayurveda , Yoga and Vastu we can maintain and improve the well being of the body , mind and spirit .
