When you have more spies than people to spy on, there are not enough real productive people to support the spies cost! The cost to support a police state is not sustainable! To imprison innocent will not work any lounger! Remember the cost to the states for the incarceration of a cannabis user in federal privatized prison is close to 40,000.00 dollars a years. (A lot more for Medical Marijuana patients with severe problems) Your elected self servants who incarcerate innocent for cultivating natural medicine who committed an offence only to the eyes of a corrupt elite, are simply bankrupting their states and cities!
