THINKING We live in times, when thinking is dangerous. Especially if you dare to present a reflected opinion on social media. You have to be FOR or AGAINST a case, a differentiated opinion is wasted luxury - and suspicious. You have to show emotions, otherwise you are blamed with coldness and indifference. You have to post cruel and spectacular pictures and photos, pretending that you just show how bad reality is (whilst you are sitting in your comfortable living room, consuming the horrible news via internet, TV). Yes, its dangerous to THINK in these times, when everybody knows everything and everybody claims to know The truth. I think, therefore I question. I think, thats why I dont follow blindly. I think, because I am a human being, with the gift to reflect about my own existence and deeds. All this is dangerous, a threat to a world made up of fabricated hate (Salman Rushdie) and manipulation. But I will never stop, because I need and like it, to take a distance and to withdraw, from all the noise, confrontations and violence, to the calm and creative space of thinking.
