THIS BLESSED ME. Dear Mr.Scott You probably have billion of messages and probably wont see this one, but if you do, I wanted to say thank you, thank you for being my inspiration to continue living life instead of giving up on it. This is my story. I walk around school everyday feeling worthless. These people bullied me, called me fat, special ed, stupid, retarded, etc. I use to never believe it until one day it got to me. Mr. scott I couldnt take it anymore. I wanted to give up on life because I thought thats the only choice I had. One day after school, I put on a face like nothing was wrong. Everyone believed me. Ha! How dumb can they be? Didnt they see how broke I was. I forgot what a real smile even looked like. They thought I was okay, but they didnt know I was planning on taking my life that day. I failed. I cut my self every single day. Never too deep, never enough to die, but enough to feel the pain. Enough to feel the scream inside. Mr. Scott, nobody knows the real me. Nobody knows how many times Ive sat in my room and cried. How many times Ive lost hope. Nobody knows how many times Ive had to hold back tears. They all judge me Mr. Scott. Why? What did I do to deserve all of this? But out of nowhere a brilliant man named Manuel Scott came to speak to my school, and changed my life forever. I dont feel alone anymore, because there are other people just like me. Yes, I still get depressed sometime, but its not as bad...You not only changed me, but you changed our school, and for that, Mr Scott, you are my hero, and I dont know how to thank you. But I guess a simple thank you would do it for now. Thank you
