THIS GOES TO TENANTS. Tenants pay your rents and lives the rest to God. A story of a tenant that stay in the house of (mr Mai wayo) the meaning of his name is a claver man, for almost 30yrs, and the landlord entrust everything in his hand to take care of his house, if there is any problem in the house the landlord will ask that tenant to repaire it or settle the matter not knowing that the tenant is collecting everything he is spending. The tenanst that came new in that house they dont know who is the landlard but they only know the care taker as landlord. He calculate his money from mr Maiwayo, and he realize 125000. He told mr Maiwayo to pay him his money for repairing his house but Mr Maiwayo answer him i didnt ask you to repaire anything in my house apart from the toilet i ask to buid apart from that there is nothing. You suppose to thank me for given you the position of care taker of my house but you are talken rubish to me, i will sack you from being a tenant in my house for that bad habit. Then the tenant man reply him that the time of my promotion has come, now i will be the landlord of this hous and you will be the care taker of this house. The care taker take him to court and atlast the tenant win the case because the landlord dont have any evidents to prove, he lost all his documents for that particular house his witnes are no longer alive but the tenant gain advantage of being in the house for 30yr, his witnes (people) testified that he is the owner of the house. So the court declear the house of 2million to belong to the care taker as the landlord of the house. Now isnt good to claim somebody house to be your own hous because you have stay long in his house?
