THIS IS A FREQUENT TRIPADVISOR QUESTION Underground river tour today, 12:48 am Our hotel quoted 2400 php for the tour while staying in sabang. I saw tours for 1500 out of pp. Can anyone tell me if you can pick up a permit in sabang or only in pp? We are landing in el nido and then going to sabang. It looks like I should try to get a tour from pp without transportation. Any advice? my observarions The online booking system doesnt work and 99% of the tickets are given to travel agents in PP. In Vietnam tickets to Halong Bay at 400 pesos for a 4 hour cruise are readily available at the port and excursions from Hanoi - the same distance as PP cost $18/20 ( 900 pesos) all in. It is the same at NAIA where the interests of others takes presedence to that of customers and passengers
