NOTE: not on letterhead - not signed - very informal - mistake in amount and crossed out, (not a true copy). >No date for when to expect to go on full occupancy costs. >If the subsidy had not been removed without a proper warning/notice the member would not in arrears. >Now requires this member to sign a document to pay back monies she knows she cannot afford. >She should not have been given dates to expect the subsidy to end??
