THIS IS HOW THEY FEEL.....THIS IS WHY I HAVENT QUIT!!!!!!! LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION To Whom It May Concern: This is my personal recommendation for Taronda. For the past several months I have been Taronda‘s supervisor as Dental Director of NONE OF YOUR BIZZNESS. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with a willing attitude. Taronda has really stood out in her work by taking on every challenged posed to her no matter how big or small. Despite being a new graduate, Taronda has really put her training to work taking on responsibilities of an experienced dental assistant. She is always eager to learn. Our organization was in a unique position as we were starting from scratch. This caused for a very hectic environment at times and requires a great amount of flexibility and patience, which she has demonstrated time and time again. Aside from her duties working as an assistant, Taronda has also proven to be great with the patients. Our patient population can be exceedingly difficult to work with, however Taronda continues to keep a level head and pleasant demeanor. I will be sorry to see Taronda leave our organization, but am confident she will continue to flourish and contribute to wherever she goes.
