THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. If you are a lawyer or knowledgeable on law and politics kindly read Articles 255, 256 and 257 of the constitution, and Section 49 of the Elections Act. Read keenly the timelines set in both the constitution and the Act, for holding a referendum. Do the math carefully. Then form your opinion on whether or not we can hold same referendum on a question relating to matters under Article 255 alongside a question on other articles of the constitution.
