THIS IS SO HEARTBREAKING I CAN HARDLY STAND IT..PLEASE PLEASE READ AND SHARE THIS STORY WITH EVERYONE..THIS CANNOT BE TOLERATED BY ANY OF US THAT TRY SO HARD TO GET THESE BABIES HOMES. Thursday Hooch was pulled(rescued) by CVAAG (Carolina Veterinary Assistance & Adoption Group) , A 501c3 rescue. before lunch. He was according to the rescue placed in a kennel with 2 other males. He was intact. It is nearly 3 hours to get to the rescue. Hooch was turned into Rockingham Animal Control at 4:45 pm Thursday . He was euthanized this morning. Friday. He was with Bladen County Animal Control for more than a month kept alive by the shelter waiting for a rescue. This rescue group gave him only minutes before he was turned into a kill shelter. Bladen County animal shelter manager was horrified to learn this as she had even offered to pick him up. She was too late. Hooch was put down this morning. Only hours after being turned in. A Shelter Friend, did not assist this group and refused to work with them.
