THIS IS TO ADVISE that the Brigantine Planning Board will meet on Wednesday December 10, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of City Hall, 1417 W. Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, NJ 08203. ALL DOCUMENTS will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the Construction Office at City Hall ten days prior to the meeting. NOTICE PLANNING BOARD BRIGANTINE, NEW JERSEY Notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed with the Brigantine Planning Board by the undersigned, attorney for the applicant HAWKSHR, LLC in regard to the property known as 2403 Ocean Avenue also known as Block 2105 Lot 1 on the tax map of the City of Brigantine. The applicants intention is seeking a minor subdivision together with a C variance for lot frontage. The requirement for lot frontage is 60 feet and the proposal for the new lot 1.01 is 58 feet. The applicant will also be seeking any other variances and/or waivers as may be needed.
