THIS PAST FRIDAY while on a short mission trip to Lynch, Kentucky I suffered a stroke. I have major weakness on my left side, but thankfully, no other symptoms except dizziness. I was admitted to Rex hospital in Raleigh on Monday and went through a barrage of tests. As they continue to search for the source of the stroke, I will be wearing a heart monitor for 30 days. Physical therapy begins soon. We welcome text messages and Facebook messages but for the time being we are asking that everyone please hold off on the phone calls and visits.
