THIS THURSDAY EVENING THRU SATURDAY AFTERNOON!: Theres still time to register now for Blue Earths Collaborations for Cause conference in Seattle, Sept. 25-27th! Collaborations for Cause brings together cutting-edge content producers and front-line organizations for an exploration of how to harness the power of the evolving media landscape. Photographers, filmmakers and producers will join with nonprofit program, marketing and communication staff to explore how collaboration can make a difference in solving critical issues. This is the third year for the conference, which will be held at Impact Hub in Seattles Pioneer Square. Presented by Blue Earth, an 18-year-old non-profit co-founded by ASMP members Natalie Fobes and Phil Borges, the program includes a mix of in-depth case studies, insightful panel discussions and unconference break-out sessions aimed at giving participants real tools, fresh approaches and an expanded network of contacts. Highlights include the screening of a new film by Tim Matsui, a morning keynote by Pyramids John Hoyt, and an evening keynote by National Geographics Aaron Huey.
