THIS WEEK IN HUNTSVILLE COMEDY: Monday (August 19) - There is the Knight Moves comedy open mic in Hazel Green (14588C US 231/431). Sign-ups are at 7:30pm, and the first comic goes up at 8:00pm. Ask for Brandon if you want to perform. No cover. Tuesday (August 20) - There is another Clockwork Comedy show at the Broken Clock Gastropub (11220 S. Memorial Parkway). Your comics will be Mark Bentley, Sam McLeroy, Zach De La Cruz, Terra Jeffrey, and Sam Ashby, and the show is hosted by Patrick Cunningham. There is NO COVER for this show, which starts at 8:30pm. There is also an open mic at Celebrities Sports Bar and Grill (1407 Jordan Lane NW). Sign-ups are at 8:30pm, and the show starts at 9:00pm. No cover. Ask for Nikki if you would like to perform. Wednesday (August 21) - There is a comedy open mic at The Copper Top (200 Oakwood Ave. NE). Sign-ups are 7:30pm, and the first comedian will perform at 8:00pm. Ask for Sam if you would like to perform. As always, there is no cover. Huntsville Needs Comedy would again like to thank everyone that has supported our local comedy scene over the past few years.
