THIS WEEKS PRAYER BOWL: Sunday 8/24- Johnbull Amose Monday 8/25- Irwin Bishop (Brignoni) Tuesday 8/26 - Stephanie Allen Wednesday 8/27- Eric Struzzi (Steve Facey) Thursday 8/28 - Benz Ocampo Friday 8/29- Ron Rusco Sabbath 8/30 - Joanne Garland Prayers from this past week: -Irvwin Bishop (father of Jill Brignoni) had stage 4 cancer and passed away last Sabbath. Please remember Jill and the family in your prayers. -Bob Mullikin (Janette Carters brother) passed away last Thursday (8/14/14) from a heart attack. Please keep Janette and her family in our prayers. -Jim Mullikin is still in critical condition and needs prayers. -Little Kennedy Tunis (2 week old daughter of Gary, Jr. and Stephanie Tunis) had an 7 hour heart surgery on Thursday (8/14/14) . They had to put in a stint this week. She is not doing good and in critical condition and still in ICU. Please pray for her and the family. -Apolonias (apple) child was in an automobile accident, a co-worker of Jake Abercrombie at Office Depot, and needs our prayers. -Ben Jenrette, Carols nephew-in-law, quit smoking and has not touched a cigarette for 2 months. -Bob Burns (Gordy Aldermans son-in-law) still need prayer for his pancreas. There is a growth causing concern and pain and surgery will be scheduled soon. -Donn McKnight (Rosehaven Funeral Director) had a heart cath on Friday, 8/15/14 and will need to replace his aortic value. Going in for tests on Monday. Please keep him in your prayers, and also his mother who fell and broke her hip again. She has dementia. -Our church helped a homeless man (Johnny Johnson) several years ago with blankets, socks, toiletries, etc., Johnny Johnson. He always stood by the Grady curve and greeted everyone with a smile, salute and God Bless. He was struck by a drunk driver in his tent under the bridge and was killed Sabbath, August 9, 2014. Continued Prayers: -Baby Carson has major heart issues, but alive through our prayers. -Karen Jeske (Cecilia Vincent sister) has cancer and Parkinsons - much need of prayer. -Deborah Lewis -cancer in her lungs, breasts and liver. She is in her 40s. (submitted by Chris Villani) Praises: -Praise God for our answered prayers for Joyce Lathams friend, Renea Alverson, who had a breast mastectomy due to cancer and is doing very well. -Praise God our Pathfinders made it home safely after a week at Oshkosh. -Anna Owens is doing very well after a stint was put in her heart. She is getting stronger each day through our prayers and Gods Blessings.
