Turns out he exploited Nikola Tesla, the one man who invented most of the 6 types of electric motors [Srsly, there are 6] and invented some of the devices later used to develop radio. The guy was a genius and yet goes unaccredited in the shadows of Edison. Even George Westinghouse was portrayed as a negative competitor! As far as text books are concerned, he invented AC current that Edison lobbied against! Westinghouse invented air brakes and auto couplers for the railroad industry. The same ones used today! Edison is overrated!
