THROWBACK THURSDAY/WHERE ARE THEY NOW? Asking where Selena M. Trujillo is now is a pretty dazzling question, because this girl gets around! A member of the Merely Players artistic company, she ran lights for both THE WIZARD OF OZ and MAPLE AND VINE and costumes for I LOVE YOU,YOU’RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE. She will join us as Assistant Stage Manager for MARY POPPINS this spring. She has also been seen backstage at some point for many other companies in town, most notably through her numerous Stage Manager gigs. She SMed CABARET at DAC last year and this summer’s melodrama at The Hank. She was an onstage foley artist in IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE and was a stage/production manager for Salt Fire Circus for several years. Currently, Selena is stage managing THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, which opens tonight at The Hank. Then, next weekend she is immediately off to lend her tech magic to the Living Tarot Oracle on Nov. 7-9.
