THUMBS UP: A big thumbs up to a lady in Time Zone in Cavill Ave on Wednesday. I was down there rewarding my eight-year-old boy who has had difficulties in learning his 5x tables over these holidays. I had just given the two young kids in front of us our card to use on the little mini riders after seeing both their cards had insufficient funds. We were waiting there for around 10 minutes when another two little girls tried to push in front of us. I told them no and that they had to wait their turn like everyone else. I attempted to swipe our card and realised our two hour time limit had expired and we could no longer use or cards. We had given our last ride away. I was telling my eight-year-old that we had to get out because the cards werent working when the lady next in line said its OK. She swiped her card for us as she could see my son really wanted to go on this ride and she had three cards that this could be used on. Thank you! It meant a lot to him to be able to go on that ride as apart of his reward for doing homework over the holidays. Ill be sure to pay it forward! Chuffed Gold Coast Weather & News Together follower.
