THURSDAY evening-- My daughter and her hubby are out with their High-School friends, somewhere in Burgos Circle in d Fort and my son is playing basketball with my two grandsons, together with his friends. My new daughter-in-law is exchanging Viber messages with me from her home in Pasig while the baby and Gavin are neatly huddled in the same bed with me, sharing an IPad, watching a cartoon. Gavin is spending the night here and I am left alone minding the store with him and the little one. I am in Heaven, just sharing with you guys how truly wonderful it is to be in this peaceful and happy state of being. I have been feeling this way since my daughter and her kids arrived from the States to join us to attend the wedding of my son to Aninay, mom of Gavin. We have not stopped sticking together as a family, enjoying every minute, getting along and ceaselessly expressing our gratitude for all the blessings of a loving family! If there is anything I could wish for any of you, it is THIS: that each one of you could experience the kind of happy feeling I have right now. I wish you JOY!
