You should STOP STRICTLY all gluten foods, and dairies and all estrogen foods, hormone injected cows milk, eggs, meat etc If you are not strict with yourself, you will have to suffer all life all along. Change your diets to nutritious moderate limited quantity diets and keep eating regularly at one time ev day. Take more yogurt (exception for dairy products )for probiotics. Take Vit c from fruits, Vit D sunshine, Vit K2 from butter (exceptionally) , Iron and mag from BSMolasses, Black Dates, or Legumes that are soft easily digesting &with moderate protein. RE Leaky Guts Thyroid and Old age ensuing.... You should NOT eat very fibrous food or Roughages from beans, or from veg or other foods. OR Oily foods, undigestibles like refined oils. You should NOT eat high protein foods such in nuts, legumes. Take moderately after looking into the kind of the nut or seed or legume. Absolutely you should STOP taking all gluten foods, dairies for some more months. That will check the leaky guts, digestion problems, and the thyroid also. You should know that you are reaching the old age and you should prepare yourself for that. Eat lightly and nutritiously and stop taking animal fats which are hard for the body to process. IF at all you took some animal fats on occasion, allow more time to digest as they take more time to digest naturally. Drink more juices, smoothies without fiber, for sometime to enable reorientation of the digestive system. AFter a a few months, you can take fiber foods again. Take Chanca Piedra and take fruits regularly like the Banana which has pectin in it andpotassium and pectin pushes the stools down and Pottasium is to protect the heart. There are many nutrients in bananas and therefore you must take notless than 10 bananas ev day spaced between timings. NOT all at a time. Drink more water. Avoid pillows to stretch the thyroid glands while sleeping. Thats ALL for the present. You must prepare your body for a peaceful enjoyable old age. You will never get old mentally but your body should cooperate with you for the years to come. It failed many people bcas they failed to take care of the body in advance.
