TIFFANY, a beautiful tripod with A dream!!! Despite her perceived disability, of an active, happy life. Tiffany’s missing leg does not deter her from her love to run and play. In fact she lives to be active. Her fun, high energy personality is perfect for a family that loves to be outdoors and is very active. Tiffany is a beautiful, 1.5 year old, white shepherd mix. She was found at 10 months old in SC suffering from dehydration, demodex and missing half of her front leg. Second Chance NYC stepped in and saved her. She underwent surgery to remove the rest of her leg and was giving fluids and medication to help her heal. She was 18 lbs when she was found and today she is a healthy 30 lbs. She is currently living with her foster mom and three small dogs. Tiffany’s level of play is too much for her small friends and she would thrive in a home with larger dogs who can appreciate and match her energy level. She knows her basic commands, is housetrained and even knows how to use the doggy door. Though she is 1.5 years, she is still a little mouthy, and would benefit from learning from a patient, experienced owner who can work with her to overcome this behavior. Best in a home with older children and no cats, Tiffany is the perfect dog for an active family who can provide her the exercise, training and attention she needs and truly deserves. Tiffany is still young and is eager to learn to be the perfect companion for you and your family.
