TILL WE MEET AGAIN…. It’s been 4 Years and 2 months that I have been working at Dell. The time spent here has been really awesome with lifetime memories. As destined by the Supreme Power, the time has come to say goodbye to Dell. The team starting from Site Director to the team members has been the second family for the years spent in Dell. Mentioning some particular names in the list of people whom I will miss will not serve the purpose as all the people around me are worth of being missed till we meet again. The Memories: The Induction Period, Training and the TQ was a learning phase not just in terms of PnPs of Dell. It has also been the learning period for the entire life as it told me how a refined human being could be carved out to make a gem that will glitter in the society both in and out of office. The production phase (working on floor) told me how to be adaptive to changes at the eleventh hour. The people who were there around me in form of Managers, RSs, CECs, Trainers and CCO never let me feel lost in the jigsaw puzzle of the corporate life. When being asked to move from one team to another, never ever a second thought came in my mind regarding the new team as there has never been an old or new team. The entire Organization and the site in particular showed me the way to work as a team. The people with whom I worked over Emails or IM are equally important. Though never met you personally except a couple, still will never forget the time spent with you in the virtual world. I believe that some of us are born to live in the virtual world as designed by the Generation X. Moving Ahead: As the time has come to move ahead in life out of Dell, I am carrying loads of memories of my tenure at Dell. All of you will remain in my memories till the Penultimate End. I hope to meet most of you in my life as and when possible or as destined. The Last Words: The sweet memories that I am carrying with me could not be expressed in words.
