TIP for depression :- Increase intake of omega 3 things like sardine fish, salmon tuna,sesame seed,flax seed etc. add potassium things in ur diet :- brinjal, white- beans, apricot , potato,spinach, sweet potato, swiss chard, brussel sprouts, mushroom,kale,peach, dried coconut ,banana,dried fig,avocado etc add vitamin b tablet in ur daily diet. add chormium things in ur diet :- its in broccoli, oat-meal, whole grain bread, cereal etc
