TITANIC SCANDAL; The university,collages and secondary student in meru county will enback to their respective institution this week and next week for their studies. The meru county government through their Mcas as awarded themselves a good cash of 3m each,the bursery that was suppossd to be given to this student to atleast boost their education and the little that they had from their parent,am talking to the year 2014/2015.how comes this so called mcas want to do this to the young pple? was this 3m×45 ward=135m given in good order?it is astonishing to this guys to give out forms to student yet they cant award them with the bursery. This quistion must be answerd ,by respective body of meru county. 1.what is the procedure that is followed when releasing the fund? 2.Should this bursery fund be given to mcas? 3.What is the collaboration btw the constituency bursery and county bursery? 4.How many mcas spent their cash rightly? 5.Who is the head of the committe that chairs county bursery committee? 6.How many student from meru county benefitted from the county bursery? •The govt as gone to an exent of pushing student to their constituency office for clarification,does the constituency fund relate to county fund?. #meruisperishing
