TMNT 30 facts of the TMNT Movies ~Mikey TMNT first movie 1. Robbie Rist who does the voice of Michelangelo is known for playing Cousin Oliver in the Brady Bunch 2. Corey Feldman provides the voice of Donatello. 3. The Dominoes Pizza delivery man is the actor in the Michelangelo costume and the man in the backseat of the taxi was Raphaels actor and voice actor. 4. The puppetry and animatronics were provided by the late Jim Henson of the Muppet fame. 5. One of the thugs makes a reference to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird in the quote “Check out East pond and Lairdman island. Youll get your answers there.” 6. When Donatello was sniffing around in Aprils apartment, he was also sniffing her clothes. 7. This movie was close to following the comics but made some changes such as Raphael being the one tossed through a window instead of Leonardo and the farm house belonging to Casey Jones family belonged to Aprils family in the movie. 8. Aprils antique shop “2nd time around is also shown again in the 2003 Cartoon. 9. The song “Turtle Power” by “Partners in Kryme” made a mistake in their lyrics when they said Raphael was the leader of the group when its Leonardo whos the leader. 10. The movie was sponsored by Pizza Hut even though Dominoes was seen through out the movie. 11. The word “Damn” was used a few times in the film which made parents upset. TMNT second movie 1. The movie had to tone down the violence since parents felt it was inappropriate for Children 2. Jim Henson died around the time of the second movie so the second film was dedicated to him 3. Ernie eyes Jr. also did another ninja movie called “Surf Ninjas” sometime after this movie 4. Kevin Nash was wearing the Super Shredder costume 5. Ho Sung Pak who was known for playing Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat did the stunts for Raphael while his brother Ho Young Pak did the stunts for Donatello. 6. Vanilla Ice has admitted hes a huge Ninja Turtles fan and has a tattoo of them on his leg. 7. Paige Turco replaced Judith Hoag for the role of April ONeil for the second and third movie.\ 8. Corey Feldman did not provide the voice of Donatello in this film but he returned in the third film. 9. The Super Shredder appears in the SNES version of the TMNT: Turtles in time. TMNT third movie 1. Casey Jones who was absent from the second film returns in this film 2. The turles costumes and animatronics were different for this film 3. Sab Shimono who plays the role Lord Norinaga provides the voice for Mr Murakami in the TMNT 2012 cartoon. 4. The Mitsu character was said to be an inspiration in the creation of Aska for the Super Nintendo version of the Tournament fighters game. TMNT fourth film. 1. This movie features so well known actors such as, Patrick Stewart, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Chris Evans, Ziyi Zhang, and Kevin Michael Richardson. 2. Laurence Fishbourne provides the narration in the beginning of the film. 3. Mako whos the voice actor of Splinter passed away so the film was dedicated to him. 4. Casey Jones line “Two minutes of High Sticking” is a reference to the line he used in the first film. 5. Karai hinted to the turtles that Shredder is still alive. 6. In Splinters artifacts room you will see, Shredders Kabuto, the empty canister of that contained the ooze, and the time scepter. These are references to the first three live action films.
