TMPI Job Posting Job title Community Manager Reports to Sales Manager Job purpose A Community Manager is the digital face of the company, managing all communications related to digital. This digital-savvy employee is responsible for all digital-related communications, social media, digital events, and content creation, among other things. The Community Manager will lead the team in marketing and selling real estate projects using digital / social media for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) clients. Perform duties, such as lead generation, profiling and prospecting potential buyers, presenting the value of home ownership, accompany clients to property site, presenting the advantages of the house model most suitable to the needs of the buyer, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate documents. Basic Qualifications We are looking for assertive, dynamic, entrepreneurial, goal/result-oriented achievers who are as follows: • College Graduate of Business-Marketing Communications related courses • At least 25 years of age • Motivated, team player, flexible • Proficient in English • Knows Microsoft Office – Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint / PDF • Have excellent presentation and communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Has experience in account management in a B2C environment • Excellent negotiation skills • Organized and Attentive to detail • Team player, flexible and motivated • Willing to work on weekends • Available for immediate hiring The undersign appreciates referrals.
