TNN Taco Bell Update, Day 3 - Wait Times Drop Nearly 1/2 that of Yesterday 12/29/2014 Todd D. Lederer - Editor Taking a break from computers, we ran to Taco Bell for lunch, Again, today. Despite the fact that there are still a constant 20 cars in the Drive Thru and approximately 8 people waiting in line inside, at all times, the time spent waiting to place and receive orders is down considerably from yesterday. On Sunday at approximately the same time, 12:30pm, we waited nearly 45 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant until we received our order. Today that time was down to 23 minutes, nearly 1/2, as things start to run smoother for the new crew. We could not help but to take notice that no matter how busy it has gotten, the Taco Bell staff and manager, Vicki, continue to work at a steady and efficient pace. Vicki frequently thanks customers for their patients and seems to be genuine in her interactions, always aiming to keep the customer satisfied. As for customers, the mood seems to be upbeat and most seem to find someone else they know to visit with.
