But there comes a time when you have to be bold and step up to the plate or you’ll forever be talking about the “one that got away” or wondering “what if”. Be bold! Women want a guy who can take charge; that she can lean on. It is OK to be nice and sweet but you have to show her that you desire her. Women admire men that have the confidence to ask them out. Flirt with her. When you see her, make eye contact and smile. The more girls you talk to, the more confident you will become and that will definitely shine through. Live in the moment and enjoy talking to her. Just don’t get so relaxed that you say something that you will later regret. Make an effort to be nice. It will impress her if you open doors and pull out chairs for her. Be considerate and show her that you’re going to be willing to go the extra mile to be nice to her. Your goal is give her a taste of how you’d treat her if you were a couple. Compliment her; let her know the things you like about her. The more unique the compliment is the better. If she has changed anything like the way she wears her hair, for instance, let her know that you have noticed.
