TO ALL OUR GREATLY APPRECIATED CUSTOMERS- We thank you for your patience. We have had an amazing amount of support and interest in what we are trying to establish here at Ruby Murray. We apologise for the time that it is taking to bring you your orders. We have a wonderful and incredibly hard working team who are trying their very best to have a quicker turn around. However our fantastic and very talented head chef will not jeopardise the standard of his menu by allowing the other chefs still in training to help take the reigns yet in regards to producing the curries. British Indian cuisine is a unique way of cooking Indian food and our chefs are learning fast. Once they are trained to the standard our head chef requires them to be we will have more talented hands to help create these dishes that we are so very proud of. We ask for you to continue being patient during these early days and to know that we are striving to give you the best experience in British Indian cuisine with the best possible service.
