*****TO ALL YOU “SO CALLED” SPONSORS!!!!!***** I saw something last night in a group or on a page (I can’t even remember the name of it at the moment) that made me sick. A “sponsor” unhappy with their team members performance ridiculing them like it was THEIR fault. NEWSFLASH! IF YOUR TEAM ISN’T PERFORMING AND BRINGING IN NUMBERS IT IS YOUR FAULT! It is YOUR job as a sponsor/mentor/leader/coach etc. to make sure ALL of your team members have the tools to be successful. It is YOUR job to take the time and TEACH them what they need to know in order to excel. It is YOUR job to keep them motivated when u start to see them lose focus! To treat your team/downline/referrals etc. Like they’re nothing more than numbers is despicable! YOU SHOULD JUST GO RUN OUT INTO FREEWAY TRAFFIC! I HATE it when people have the attitude like “Oh well, u ain’t making me any money, so get lost” If you don’t want to be a LEADER then don’t bring people into the business and then leave them to just figure it out on their own. And then to have someone who is “supposed” to be even higher than U find it acceptable is just plain ol’ grimey! U want to be rid of them because they didn’t make a sale??? REALLY??? I’ll tell u what, send them right on over here. I BET they make sales over here! See what ya’ll fail to realize is that your team can’t truly grow as business people if you don’t have them go through some kind of personal development. PEOPLE AREN’T NUMBERS! You want to be successful TRAIN YOUR TEAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL! We are making LEADERS over here! Not a bunch of “numbers” who only know how to “follow a leader”. NO, I want my team to be able to lead right next to me. Wanna know why Meek sticks so closely to Pete Girdy??? Because he and I share the same vision “BUILD LEADERS” THAT is why our team is #6 IN THE WORLD in My Fun Life IN 7 DAYS! EVERYBODY ON THIS TEAM RIGHT HERE IS A LEADER! AND THE ONES WHO HAVE COME INTO THIS DOUBTING THAT THEY ARE WE FIX THEM AND SHOW THEM WHAT THEY’RE TRULY CAPABLE OF! Ok, I gotta cut this off because it’s getting REALLY hard for me to not start cussing uncontrollably. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EVERYBODY ON #TEAMGOODLIFE! THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING PEOPLE!
