She came to the shelter as a stray and she has some scars on her face and neck. Sadly it could be that her time at the ACC has been the best part of her life so far. Pepsi scored well on her safer until she came face to face with the silly plastic hand. Well, Pepsi has had a hard life, she probably always wondered where her next meal would come from, and who would like a plastic hand moving your food, geez if it tried to move my icecream I would do the same thing! Pepsi is rated New Hope only and she will require a foster or adopter from a new hope approved rescue. No dog should die because they hate plastic hands. Advocate for pretty Pepsi today.
