From the person who found him abandoned and brought him in to the shelter staff who performed his initial medical evaluation, everyone notes how easygoing our Dragon is. Notes from that initial evaluation say that he was wiggly and wagging his tail - can you say the same for yourself at your last doctors appointment?? Dragon went to the bathroom soon after going outside, so he might already be housebroken, adding to his great qualities.
