If we dont find her a new home tonight she will not be active anymore rather she will be dead. Please share and advocate for her tonight before it is to late. A volunteer writes ~♥ Little Valerie is out of the box.. She is like a butterfly in a flowerfield or a kid in a toy store...All over the place...She is excited, curious while a bit skittish and handshy..She is eager to come out of her kennel, is leashed without fuss, fitted with a bow to enhance her natural beauty and off we go for a fast pace walk. Valerie relieves herself as we go. She can sit on command and of course for treats that she loves. She seems to like other dogs met on the way and in the park. She does not chase squirrels. Valerie is a pretty Black Mouth Cur mix, much too thin and so tiny. She loves for people to say hello when we are in a pen and her very favorite thing to do is to plunk herself down with her half body on my lap and remain as such for ever and ever. Forget treats, forget a ball, other dogs.. Cuddling with her caretaker is the ultimate bliss for Valerie. There are no words no describe the way she feels.. She belongs to a human, she feels safe and loved. She is happy and in return, she licks my hand with her little tongue. Valerie has been starving for a master, a family.
