My Animal ID # is A1019218 ******BIG BOY ALERT***** BIG GOOFY NEMO IS A 6 YEAR OLD WELL BEHAVED LOVEABLE GUY WHO CAME IN AS A STRAY AND IS LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT FAMILY WHO WANTS A LARGE OLDER GUY TO BE THEIR BEST FRIEND. THIS DOG IS WAITING FOR HIS FOREVER FAMILY TO COME AND SAVE HIM – PLEASE DON’T LET THIS BE HIS LAST NIGHT ON EARTH. A volunteer writes: I wonder if there is a mistake... 154 pounds! Supersized! I was not too sure I would take that big guy out. He looked nice enough though and the medical people seemed to like him. He also licked my hand though his door. Well, enough elements to make my decision to take him out for a walk. Big Nemo was leashed without problem and trotted peacefully to the yard. He did immediately his business in one stop. He is lost, does a lot of sniffing in this place he does not know and spots rapidly the source of my goodies. He loves food and treats as one can expect. Nemo is very well nourished, wears a well groomed and intact coat and appears healthy. He seems like a well behaved dog, comes when I call him and even sits by me after a few gentle prompts. He does not mind me caressing his head. I have of course to see a little bit more of Nemo to understand him better and I look forward to meeting him again. Nemo was found as a stray and is waiting, hopeful at the Manhattan Care Center to start his life again with you.HURRY HURRY HURRY!!
