TO: Home Secretary Theresa May. FROM: Victor Trim Date Sunday 23 November 2013. Dear Mrs May, I am happy to confirm that the head of Chambers at 12 New Square Chambers, Robin Hollington QC, has responded to my very serious allegation of the attempt to compromise my computer, and its files, by one of his barristers named Gordon Bennett. Robin Hollington QC has provided me the explanation of Gordon Bennett, below, of which is self-explanatory. At this stage, I can confirm that I have no intention of entering into any lengthy correspondence about Gordon Bennetts incredulous false explanation concerning his direct attempt to compromise my computer, as it speaks for itself. Regarding corruption, your Cabinet colleague the Attorney General Dominic Grieve has today apologised for his comments published in the Sunday Telegraph stating that corruption is endemic within the culture of the Pakistani community! He did try to qualify his controversial comments emphasising that corruption must be rooted out wherever it may be found in any race or community. In respect of the Attorney Generals review of corrupt practices, I would be in full agreement if this revised policy was applied to Robin Hollington QCs flawed reliance on Gordon Bennetts fraudulent explanation, above, without question. I believe Robin Hollington QC should be thoroughly ashamed of himself for not having Gordon Bennett urgently referred to the Bar Councils disciplinary board as a matter of course in the first instance! Should Mr Hollington believe that Im am making a direct slur against his present stance in this matter then either he and/or Gordon Bennett can no doubt sue me for bringing disrepute upon the integrity and probity of their Chambers, should he wish to defend the good name of his Chambers, etc? Indeed, given Gordon Bennetts explanation, as relied upon by Mr Hollington, it appears that 12 New Square Chambers are complicit in the criminal conduct of Gordon Bennett. Should Robin Hollington QC decide to take appropriate action in this matter in the very near future, then I would of course retract my serious allegation of his firm being complicit in Gordon Bennetts criminal attempt to discredit me, etc, on behalf of his music industry paymasters, Zomba Music Ltd. This criminal act has plainly been embarked on to a) undermine your present Home Office investigations relating to the copyright theft of my original 1991 Victim Records release of Dreams sung by Gabrielle, and b) done to protect the various accused record companies, ie Go! Discs/PolyGram Ltd (owened by Universal) and Perfect Songs Ltd , further attempt to discredit me, while Dreams has been re-released upon Gabrielles new album released last week, and is being presently promoted by Gabrielle on TV, radio, etc, etc! I reiterate that my serious publicised allegations made against Gordon Bennett and 12 New Square Chambers will remain unless and until Gordon Bennett faces appropriate disciplinary intervention. As my MP I trust that you too refute the seriously flawed conduct of Robin Hollingtons reliance on Gordon Bennetts explanation as wholly untenable. I kindly await your response. Date: Fri, 22 Nov 2013 12:46:43 +0000 Dear Mr. Trim, I have spoken briefly to Mr. Bennett and he informs me that the only explanation that he can give for what you say is that his computer may have been infected by some sort of virus which caused it to appear as if he wanted to get into contact with you, which he tells me is not the case. I am no computer or internet expert and you must take all necessary precautions and expert advice to protect yourself from what you say. In summary, I cannot offer you any assistance, and I am sure that no useful purpose would be served by prolonging this correspondence. If you do wish to prolong it, I would insist that we correspond through the ordinary post and thereby avoid the risks inherent in the internet.
