Fair play to her. However it was not totally this lads fault, your counter is so high, it is physically a barrier between you and the customers, I even saw the Lady move tables and chairs herself to get through( another wheelchair user had stayed outside!) For my part all I ask is you think about how you serve your customers Thanks
