TODAY IN PARLIAMENT: Former Prime Minister Apollo Nsibambi has told the Parliamentary Committee on Local Govt. and Public Service that he is retired and done and living happily with his Wife with whom they read the bible together in the morning, go tend to their Animals on the Farm,play the piano and that he spends most of his time writting books plus giving lectures to young people. Even when called upon to serve NRM Govt. again as a Prime Minister or Minister,I cant take the offer....because I feel so happy in retirement he added. Nsibambi who introduced himself as a Senior Presidential Advisor on Everything, told the Committee that he doesnt attend pubic funnctions more often because he is tired of the topics of MIKOLOLOGY and MEETINGIOLOGY.
