Willow is a 1 year old little girl who was born with an extremely rare heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. HLHS results in a severely underdeveloped left side of the heart, leaving babies like Willow, born essentially, with half a heart. Willow has already undergone two open heart surgeries and is now preparing for her third before a likely needed transplant in the future. Green Mill in Grand Forks is helping Willow raise money and awareness in an effort to fight against this awful congenital heart defect.
