TODAY is the 1year anniversary of SANDY.. many families are still without homes and many without basic needs ..it seems the focus has been to get the tourist attractions up n running and sadly the true victims are forgotten, by fema and our fed and state agencies....i am donating beds and some other things and i am asking that people please donate too!! pots pans cups plates sheets blankets pillows clothing etc... used item are gems to these poor victims!!!..my friend Elizabeth Ann Mcdonough Fearon is in touch with areas hit drastically by Sandy and through her tireless efforts has been keeping lists of all the families and their needs !.. i have heard too many horror stories that i wont go into on facebook but the press really should take a good look at how these families are not getting the funding that has been collected on their behalf!!..and penalizing people who have started working on their homes when permitted without permits that are so backed up,u think they woud not hit them with a fine??? huh disgraceful!!!.....I WILL OPEN MY EMAIL SO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO DONATE ANYTHING CAN OR FIND OUT FURTHER INFO PERTAINING TO OUR EFFORTS TO HELP THE VICTIMS OF SANDY...
