TODDLER ACTIVITY: DIY playdough scented with Young Living oils We broke out our homemade playdough from the fridge today and played in the backyard. When I made the playdough a few weeks ago to be featured on Copy-Kids blog and our recent contest, I conducted a little experiment. I purposely left some playdough unscented to compare the texture of the playdough scented with young living oils. Lo-and-behold, the YL scented playdough kept much better consistency and texture--- it was smooth and soft with no cracks or dryness at all! Jackson enjoys the scents so much, he noticed the few balls without right away and asked to add oils :) Heres how we scented our playdough this time: Red----Thieves oil (Jax calls it cinnamon) Orange---Orange oil and vanilla extract Yellow---Lemon oil Green---Lime oil and vanilla extract (this kept the best texture of all, and smells divine, I want to eat it!
